Draft — company details pending

Highlighted items will be completed with Tech Tronix LLC’s confirmed details. This policy is pending review by counsel.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tech Tronix LLC (State of organization — to be provided), which operates Tronix Energy. By accessing or using our website, availability and comparison tools, secure application links, or partner portal (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Our role

Tronix Energy is an energy brokerage and authorized distribution organization. We are not a utility and not a retail energy supplier. We provide information about supply options from independent suppliers and, at your request, help submit enrollments to the supplier you choose.

Your local utility continues to deliver energy to you, maintain the lines and pipes, read meters, and respond to outages and emergencies. In an emergency, contact your utility or call 911.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. To enroll an account, you must be the account holder or be authorized by the account holder to make decisions about the account.

4. Availability, rates, and plan information

Retail energy choice is not available everywhere. Availability depends on your state, utility territory, energy type, customer type, and supplier eligibility rules. Results shown for your ZIP code are informational and are not a guarantee that a plan is available for your specific account.

Rates, fees, terms, and renewable content are set by suppliers and may change at any time. We show rates in the units the supplier uses and label whether a rate covers supply charges only or is an all-in estimate. Utility delivery charges, taxes, and other fees may apply separately. The supplier’s contract documents — including any Electricity Facts Label, Terms of Service, or disclosure statement — govern your service and control over anything shown on our site.

Monthly cost figures are estimates based on the usage you enter. They are not quotes or bills.

5. No guarantee of savings

We do not promise or guarantee savings. Whether a plan costs more or less than your current service depends on your usage, your current rates, market conditions, and the plan’s terms. You are responsible for reviewing plan documents before you enroll.

6. Enrollment and authorization

When you confirm an application, you authorize us and the partner assisting you to submit your information to the supplier you selected so that it can enroll your account. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to make the change.

The supplier decides whether to accept your enrollment and may perform its own eligibility or credit checks. Switches usually take effect on a future meter read date set by your utility. You may have the right to rescind or cancel your enrollment within the period provided by your state and your supplier contract, and early termination fees may apply under the supplier’s terms.

We never switch a customer’s supplier without the customer’s authorization. If you believe your supplier was changed without your permission, contact us immediately, as well as the supplier and your state utility regulator.

7. How we are compensated

Suppliers may pay Tronix Energy a commission or fee when a customer enrolls, and we may share that compensation with our partner companies and agents. This compensation does not change the price shown to you for a plan. You may ask us how we are compensated in connection with your enrollment.

8. Portal accounts

Partner portal accounts are for authorized users only. You must keep your credentials confidential, use multi-factor authentication when required, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect customers, comply with law or supplier requirements, or enforce these Terms.

9. Partners and agents

Partner companies and independent agents are also bound by their written agreement with us, our compliance policies, and applicable supplier requirements. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the written partner agreement controls. Partners and agents are independent businesses, not employees of the Company, and may sell only the supplier products, states, and territories they are authorized for.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit an enrollment without the account holder’s informed authorization, or provide false or misleading information.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with a utility, a supplier, or us.
  • Contact anyone in violation of telemarketing, do-not-call, anti-spam, or consent laws.
  • Access data you are not authorized to view, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with the Services.
  • Scrape, copy, or resell our content or data, or use automated means to access the Services without permission.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Electronic records and signatures

You agree that we may provide disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records to you electronically, and that your electronic confirmations and signatures have the same effect as handwritten ones, as permitted by the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law. To receive records electronically you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and an email account. You may request a paper copy of any record, or withdraw your consent to electronic records, by contacting us; withdrawing consent may prevent us from completing your request.

12. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, design, text, graphics, and the Tronix Energy name and logo, are owned by Tech Tronix LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Supplier names and marks belong to their respective owners.

13. Third-party services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including supplier enrollment pages and electronic signature providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that information provided by suppliers or third parties is accurate or current, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Tronix LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or savings, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Tronix LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of others.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Governing law state — to be provided, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@tronixenergy.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint with your state utility commission or attorney general.

18. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will take effect after we provide notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. These Terms were last updated on November 4, 2026.

19. General

These Terms, together with our policies and any written agreement you have with us, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
