Communications & TCPA Consent

When you check a consent box on our website or give consent to an authorized representative, you agree that Tronix Energy (Tech Tronix LLC) and the authorized partner assisting you may contact you about energy supply options and your request at the phone number and email address you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice messages.

Your consent applies only to the companies identified at the time you consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can request information or a quote without giving consent to calls or texts — we will respond by email instead.

You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text, telling a representative on a call, using an email unsubscribe link, or contacting us at support@tronixenergy.com or Customer support phone number — to be provided. We will honor your request promptly, and no later than the time required by law (currently 10 business days under Federal Communications Commission rules). We may send one message confirming your opt-out.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that are necessary to process an application you have submitted, unless you ask us to stop those as well.

We and our partners maintain internal do-not-call lists and scrub telemarketing calls against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries, except where you have given us prior express written consent or have an established business relationship as permitted by law. We call only during permitted hours for your time zone.

Calls with us or our authorized representatives may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes, including verification of enrollment authorizations. Where state law requires all parties to consent to recording, we will tell you at the start of the call.

Marketing emails include a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Transactional messages about your application or account may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Partners and agents must obtain and record valid consent before contacting anyone with automated calls or texts, honor opt-outs across all channels, follow calling-hour and do-not-call rules, and identify themselves and the company they represent on every contact.
